The initiative recognizes the crucial role companies play in educating and training the American workforce.

Hot topics included the aging workforce, ways to handle an injury after it happens, navigating accident investigations and the benefits of safety training and injury prevention programs.

Throughout the competition, nearly 6,400 secondary and post-secondary career and technical education students participated in more than 103 trades contests.

Attendees will be eligible for 0.1 CEUs through ASPE.

This year's conference, held from Nov. 4-7 in St. Pete Beach, Florida, will feature PMI's first-ever Aspiring Leaders' Program.

Baxi welcomes all contractors to attend the Aug. 8 event, which will include a technical presentation on the Baxi product line.

The entire event had a total of 4,361 attendees including more than 700 conference delegates, setting a new record.
