Christian Fabian, who has served as CEO and chairman of the Americas regional executive board since 2012, will head the newly formed technology and performance services division and serve on the company’s group executive board in Germany. 

Underwood previously assumed several positions at Goodman Manufacturing, including vice president of marketing, director of brand management, and brand manager for Goodman’s parent company, Daikin.
