Trimble has announced winners of the annual Trimble Construction Innovation Awards, recognizing exceptional use of Trimble technology to improve workflows, processes and project management by North American customers.

Rheem’s ProTerra line was created in collaboration with a team of plumbers to make installation easier and provide consumers with connectivity, comfort and energy efficiency.

Washington, D.C., set the stage for AFSA44, the American Fire Sprinkler Association’s annual Convention, Exhibition, and Apprentice Competition, Oct. 15–18. 

The honor recognizes the company which has demonstrated an innovative safety idea, concept, or best practice that has led to measurable improvement in its safety program or culture.

The honor recognizes a standout contractor whose dedication, innovation, and leadership have made a meaningful impact on the industry. 

Recognized for outstanding leadership of her team, Ashley Stroud of Plumbing Outfitters in Taylor, Texas, has been named the 2025 Plumbing Contractor of the Year.

Demonstrating exceptional technical skills, leadership, and a passion for the HVAC profession, Jantzen Fisher of South Dakota has been named the 2025 HVAC Apprentice of the Year.

The award – sponsored by PHCC Corporate Partner Milwaukee Tool – was presented at PHCC CONNECT 2025 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Inspired by PHCC’s first president, this award honors a member whose years of service and devotion have greatly benefited the industry and fellow contractors.
