HARDI to Hold HR Workshop

Heating, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International will be holding a human resources workshop at the HARDI headquarters April 18-19 in Columbus, Ohio.

This comprehensive two-day session will be led by Pam Krivda, HARDI's HR consultant. Krivda is also a practicing labor law attorney whose team facilitates HARDI's HR Consulting Services available to members.

"There are many constantly-moving parts in the HR world, and it's important for HR professionals to stay current through training workshops," Krivda said. "We'll be covering a whole range of topics, from hiring to onboarding, to making a handbook that protects the employer, to the ever-prevalent issue of handling millennials."

"More and more HARDI members are realizing the value in using the resources available to them through HARDI Talent," said manager of training and HR solutions Nick Benton. "Pam is a phenomenal expert in HR that has proven she understands the ins and outs of HARDI member businesses and the issues they encounter. Attendees of this workshop will leave with a bunch of valuable takeaways."

Participants will receive 13 Society for Human Resource Management Professional Development Credits.
