Ferguson redesigns showrooms to help customers see products in a new light.

Customer experience is taken to a higher level and viewed in a new light at Ferguson. Remodeling to enhance the customer experience and to facilitate buying decisions, the company is updating its showrooms across the country to keep them fresh.
Power Meeting participants also received an update on several new QSC programs now available, including a new business coaching program; a new two-day training session that develops the customer service and sales skills of technicians; and QSC’s podcast, “Plumbing and HVAC Success."
