Yuzo Yoshida named president; Frank Windsor named COO.

Rinnai has announced that Takashi "Tak" Sonoda, president of Rinnai America, has been promoted to corporate auditor at the company's headquarters in Nagoya, Japan.

Yuzo Yoshida, Rinnai's director and senior managing executive officer and general manager of overseas business, was named president of Rinnai America. Frank Windsor, Rinnai America's general manager, has been promoted to Rinnai America's chief operating officer and will report directly to Yoshida. As COO, Windsor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Rinnai America and the continued rapid growth of the business.

Since naming Sonoda president in 2012, Rinnai America has experienced significant progress, growing from approximately 125 to 180 employees, as well as setting record unit sales and revenue in 2014 and 2015.

Yoshida joined Rinnai in 1976 and has held numerous positions throughout his 40 years with the company.

Prior to Rinnai, Windsor served 23 years at Kohler Co., climbing the ladder in numerous positions to vice president of sales, Kitchen & Bath Americas.
