The Dayton Business Journal included a Q&A with Rick Schwartz in its Aug. 18 edition.

WinWholesale announced that Schwartz will be stepping down as CEO after 17 years and remain as chairman.

More than 25 years later, he still jokes about having no windows in the first two locations of the business he joined in 1972.

“We came to work before the sun came up and left after dark, we didn’t know the difference,” he said.
