P&G Plumbing Supply mourns Clayton Welch

Stonewall, LA – A memorial service for Clayton Welch, 68, was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Rose-Neath’s Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Reverend Mike Hawkins. Visitation was from 12 noon until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

   Clayton was born on January 1, 1947 in Lecompte, LA to Carl Virgil and Lela Mae Welch. He passed away on January 13, 2015. He was Vice President and General Manager of P & G Plumbing Supply in Dallas, TX. He retired in 2011 with over 45 years in the industry. Clayton enjoyed the outdoors, especially spending time hunting fishing, and football.

   He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Virgil Welch. He is survived by his wife, Kay Welch; son, Craig and wife, Paula; daughters, Renee Crosslin and husband, Donny, and Leasa Stephens; grandchildren, Michael and Daniel Crosslin, Chelsea Kay and Robert Briseno, Phillip Williams and wife, Rebecca, Kayla Welch, Ashley Rider, Emma and Madison Stephens; great grandson, Anthony Briseno; siblings, Clifford and wife, Margie Welch, Doris Saunier, and Thomas Welch and wife, Miriam; as well as numerous other family members.
