mSupply, a North American distributor of HVAC, appliance, and plumbing products, has announced that Phil Mause has been named president, effective Sept. 30.
Mause joined mSupply in 2024 as chief commercial officer and led the transformation of the company's sales go-to-market strategy, producing industry-leading double-digit growth. He previously served as senior vice president of strategic accounts and services at RB Global, where he oversaw SmartEquip, an OEM parts procurement platform used by more than 800 OEM and supplier brands, and earlier co-founded Rouse Rental Insights, the equipment rental industry's leading market intelligence provider.
As president, Mause will lead a combined organization spanning sales, operations, supply chain, digital, E-commerce, marketing, and merchandising. The structure is built around a single priority: making mSupply's full breadth of HVAC parts available to every customer, next day, across its national distribution network and every digital channel.
“Phil rebuilt how we go to market, and the results speak for themselves,” said Asterios Satrazemis, CEO of mSupply. “Our next opportunity is bigger: putting our full HVAC parts offering within reach of every customer across our entire physical and digital footprint. This aligns every lever necessary to capture this opportunity for our customers.”
Satrazemis continues as CEO, focused on the company's strategy, capital allocation, acquisitions, and long-term direction.
“We have strong teams and deep customer relationships across appliance, HVAC, and plumbing,” Mause said. “The opportunity in front of us is to bring the full breadth of our HVAC parts expertise and assortment to every customer we serve. That starts with having the right products consistently available across our footprint and making every step of buying from us easier.”
