Registration is open for the AIM/R 54th Annual Conference (Sept. 14 – 17, 2026). Reconnecting with an “old friend”… that is what the association hopes attendees experience as AIM/R returns to the Napa Valley this fall.

The AIM/R 54th Annual Conference (Sept. 14 – 17, 2026)  takes place at The Meritage Resort & Spa. The theme is The Perfect Blend. Just like a fine wine, success for the manufacturers’ rep is about the perfect blend — of experience and innovation, relationships and technology, tradition, and transformation. The Perfect Blend captures the essence of looking ahead while honoring the past, ensuring that we are equipped to thrive in the evolving industry.

Brenda Cashdollar, CPMR — AIM/R 2026 conference chair — and the Conference Committee have planned a schedule featuring networking opportunities, discussions on industry topics, vendor exhibits, R.A.M. Rep & Manufacturer Roundtables, Rep Roundtables, Special Interest Groups, and the LOT/T Experience. Attendees can also expect a couple of unexpected additions this year.

AIM/R announced that globally recognized thought leader Lital Marom will kick off the week with “The Power of AI.” Brooks Hamilton will return to discuss how artificial intelligence augments — rather than replaces — the RepNation. Educational sessions will address employee compensation and benefits, the AIM/R Benchmarking Study, ESOPs, and family-legacy and non-legacy succession planning.

“AIM/R Live” is back. The association will interview key players from every aspect of the supply chain, including manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, buying groups and the rep function. AIM/R will conclude the week with a rep-led session on generational succession and workplace cultural shifts.
