AIM/R's headed to Scottsdale for the 53rd Annual Conference. The Scottsdale Resort & Spa serves as the conference home base, located just minutes from downtown Scottsdale.

This year’s theme, “Working on your business... and not just in it,” highlights the importance of stepping back to evaluate the core of each rep agency. While networking, travel, and sales are vital to manufacturers' representatives, AIM/R recognizes the need to focus on internal operations and business growth.

Led by 2025 Conference Chair Jeff Blair and the dedicated conference committee, the event promises a robust lineup of AIM/R favorites: essential networking opportunities, critical industry topics, vendor exhibits, the popular LOT/T Experience, and several exciting new additions for 2025.

AIM/R is pleased to announce that Ian Heller of the Distribution Strategy Group is this year's conference facilitator and guide for the Annual Conference. Gino Wickman kicks off the week with his in-depth and interactive workshop on EOS - Entrepreneurial Operating System. Sessions with Hajoca, and AI Strategy Advisors, and an inside sales guru are also on the docket. We will end our week together with an AI Forum for Rep Agents.  The conference will conclude with an AI Forum tailored for Rep Agents, offering practical applications and forward-looking discussions.
