AIM/R will hold its 53rd Annual Conference (www.aimr.net/annualconference2025) Oct. 20-23, 2025, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Every year, reps try to step up the game. If you are registered to attend, that means your company is investing in your future as a manufacturers’ rep agent.

Content is King. Active participation is not negotiable. This year’s conference is designed to foster networking and interaction from the content to the resort itself.

Speaking of learning: What will be your key learnings? How will you apply these takeaways to your agency?

This year’s theme is “Working on your business, not just in it.” By their nature, reps thrive on networking, travel and making the sale; in other words, working in the company. Back at the home office, several core aspects also need strategic development and time. This fall, you will gain insights into everyday strategies for working on your business.

Jeff Blair, 2025 conference chair and president of Barclay Sales, and the entire Conference Committee have carefully identified topics and presenters with a focus on working in your business.

When asked about his vision for this year’s signature event, Blair had the following to share:

“As conference chair, I focused on incorporating feedback from previous attendees to design sessions that address their key interests, while staying true to our theme of working on your business. My goal is for every participant to return to their business inspired, armed with actionable strategies to drive sales and profitability, all while fostering team resilience and avoiding burnout.”

Heller as Master Facilitator

Capturing and summarizing takeaways requires lassoing the talents of a strong lead for any annual event. This year, Ian Heller, co-founder and chief strategy officer at Distribution Strategy Group, is our Master Facilitator. As our official AIM/R Emcee, Ian will tee up and tie out the key learnings from our 2025 sessions.

Here is a snapshot of topics this October. For further details on the program, visit www.aimr.net/annualconference2025.
