F.W. Webb has acquired Martisco Corp., a family-owned company that has been in business for 60 years.

The company was recognized for safety in plastics manufacturing.

The companies invite all to join the opening of their new, state-of-the-art, 320,000-square-foot facility in Northwest Houston on Oct. 24.

The new facility enables Independent the opportunity to increase stock levels with an expanded product mix resulting in increased fill rates to better service customers’ immediate needs.
