Student recipients receive a $3,500 award and up to six awards will be granted annually and can be renewed for up to three additional years or until the training program is complete

The 79,000-square-foot training facility will feature 50 welding booths and multiple technology-equipped classrooms for continuing education classes.

In addition to his roles within ASPE, Christoph is Co-Chair of the Piping Industry Progress and Education (PIPE) Medical Gas Committee, helping to facilitate improvements to the installation of medical gas systems.

Eighteen additional students have received 2018 scholarships thanks to $45,000 in funding provided by A. O. Smith, Bradford White, Delta Faucet Company, RIDGID and State Water Heaters.

Daikin donated more than $50,000 worth of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment including VAV boxes, air handlers, a unit ventilator and its complete VRV system.
