In total, the company's inside support team helped more than 85,000 customers get answers, while in-field personnel hosted 200 training sessions, and the online education team trained nearly 3,000 users via FranklinTECHOnline.

Through a generous donation to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Albuquerque following the conference earlier this month, the foundation made sure that some of those same materials would continue to benefit others in this year's host city.
