SJE, a global industry leader in control systems, has announced the acquisition of Wilson Controls, a provider of automation and control solutions for water, wastewater, and environmental applications. The acquisition expands SJE's PLC and SCADA systems integration, instrumentation, and UL-listed control panel capabilities while strengthening the company's presence across New England.

Located in Lee, New Hampshire, Wilson Controls was founded in 2012. The company engineers, programs, integrates, and supports PLC and SCADA systems, instrumentation, and control panels. Its UL 508A and UL 698A panel capabilities serve municipal and industrial customers throughout New England and beyond.
