AD and Torbsa Limited, a leading building supplies buying group in Canada, are announcing an agreement to merge the two groups.

Members of the AD PHCP Business Unit gathered from May 3-5 at the AD PHCP Spring Network Meeting in-person for the first time since 2019 with a record breaking 401 individuals in attendance.

More than 800 attendees — members, vendors and member service providers — gathered in Dallas for The Commonwealth Group’s 2022 Spring Conference to greet old friends and discuss business with trusted partners. AD is reporting that it has achieved first quarter records in member sales, member purchases from AD supplier partners, and net distributions.

Fernandez will be responsible for working with AD’s electrical and industrial executives, staff and divisional boards to develop business strategy, oversee member/supplier relations and overall financial results, and manage and execute AD’s ongoing growth plans for the electrical and industrial business unit.
