Already excelling in the plumbing profession while still learning, Valerie Butler was honored recently as the PHCC 2025 Plumbing Apprentice of the Year.

Demonstrating exceptional technical skills, leadership, and a passion for the HVAC profession, Jantzen Fisher of South Dakota has been named the 2025 HVAC Apprentice of the Year.

The award – sponsored by PHCC Corporate Partner Milwaukee Tool – was presented at PHCC CONNECT 2025 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Inspired by PHCC’s first president, this award honors a member whose years of service and devotion have greatly benefited the industry and fellow contractors.

Approving Proposition 4 is a landmark measure that secures dedicated funding for the state’s water infrastructure without raising taxes.
