This is the fifth year that the organization has offered its work ethic scholarship, which are taking application through June 4.

Since its inception, the scholarship program has awarded more than $400,000 to more than 300 deserving schools and apprentices.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, there are currently 158,000 unfilled construction sector jobs in the U.S. – a number that is expected to increase significantly as tradespeople retire over the next decade

The training center will house eight different HVAC units, ranging from basic to premium efficiency models, and host a variety of hands-on classes.
