Metabo HPT (formerly Hitachi Power Tools) has announced the new A5 series of pneumatic Pro Finish nailers including the NT50A5 2-inch 18-Gauge Pro Brad Nailer and NT65A5 2 1/2-inch 16-Gauge Pro Finish Nailer. The new A5 series gives the pros exactly what they’ve been asking for: professional finish nailers for when only the best will do.

The A5 Pro Finish nailers are outfitted with selective actuation switches so the users can quickly transition from sequential to contact modes. The quick release noses provide easy access to the nail chamber should a nail jam. They come with factory installed 1⁄4-inch industrial fittings, and the ideal operating air pressure is 70-120 psi. Hooks are now included with the A5 series and can be mounted on the left or right side for user convenience on the jobsite. Ergonomic long-lasting non-slip rubber grips on the handles help maintain a secure hold. These nailers offer an incredible power to weight ratio and are designed to balance in the user’s hands for minimum fatigue during extended use or overhead applications.
