Anvil International has announced the acquisition of the Grinnell Mechanical Product suite for the North American mechanical business from Johnson Controls. The deal includes grooved couplings, fittings and valves, G-Press Systems, technical services and the Anniston, Alabama foundry.
Johnson Controls will retain the Grinnell Fire Suppression business globally.
