The American Society of Plumbing Engineers is pleased to announce that NSF International has renewed its ASPE Affiliate Sponsor status for the next year.
NSF International is a global independent organization that tests and certifies products for the water, food, health sciences, and consumer goods industries to minimize adverse health effects and protect the environment. NSF International is also a leader in developing American National Standards for all materials and products that treat or come in contact with drinking water, including NSF/ANSI 61: Drinking Water System Components – Health Effects and NSF/ANSI 372: Drinking Water System Components – Lead Content, as well as standards that promote safe and reliable water resources, such as NSF/ANSI 350: Onsite Water Reuse.
In addition to being an ASPE Affiliate Sponsor, NSF International is an approved ASPE CEU Provider, and the organization regularly sponsors ASPE events, exhibits at the ASPE Convention & Expo and the ASPE Technical Symposium Product Show, and provides expert speakers for local and national ASPE technical programs.
"NSF International values our partnership with the American Society of Plumbing Engineers, and we are proud to be an Affiliate Sponsor," said David Purkiss, general manager, plumbing division, NSF International. "The strength of ASPE is their worldwide membership of plumbing engineers who provide NSF International with expert resources to support our mission of public health and safety."
"NSF International has been an important and valuable partner for many years, and we look forward to continuing our association with an organization that is dedicated to protecting the health and well-being of the public by certifying safe and sustainable plumbing system products," said Brian Henry, ASPE's director of affiliate relations.
ASPE Affiliate Sponsors receive year-round brand reinforcement and company recognition through exposure in Plumbing Engineer magazine and ASPE Pipeline, on ASPE's social media platforms and ASPE's website, and at national ASPE events. We also recently added new benefits to the program, including new product emails and annual case studies distributed to ASPE members and a section on our website devoted exclusively to Affiliate Sponsors (aspe.org/affiliates).
