Coburn Supply Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Dustin Babin to HVAC Division Manager.

Babin brings three decades of experience with Coburn Supply Company to his new position. During his tenure, he has worked his way through the organization, gaining extensive knowledge of the HVAC business and developing strong relationships with customers, branch teams, manufacturers and vendor partners.

“Dustin has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, dedication and a commitment to serving our customers and supporting our branches,” said Patrick Maloney, president of Coburn Supply Company. “His experience, practical knowledge and ability to bring people together make him well-suited to lead our HVAC division into its next chapter.”

The promotion also carries special significance for the Babin family and Coburn Supply Company. Dustin’s late father, Ken Babin, was the company’s first HVAC Division Manager and helped establish the foundation for the division’s growth. Dustin now continues that family legacy while bringing his own experience, leadership and vision to the role.

In his new position, Babin will lead the continued development and growth of Coburn Supply Company’s HVAC division. He will work closely with branch associates, sales teams, manufacturers and customers to strengthen the company’s position in the HVAC market and identify new opportunities for the business.

Because of Babin’s current role and responsibilities, he will transition gradually into the position. This deliberate approach will help maintain continuity and ensure continued support for the teams and customers he currently serves.
