Watts Water Technologies through its subsidiaries, one of the world’s leading manufacturers and providers of plumbing, heating and water quality products and solutions, was named to TIME’s America’s Best Companies 2026 list.
The America’s Best Companies list, presented by TIME in partnership with Statista, identifies top-performing U.S. companies using a data-driven evaluation. The 2026 list recognizes 1,000 companies, which were ranked based on three key criteria:
- Employee Satisfaction: Based on ~217,000 employee surveys assessing workplace culture, pay, conditions and employer reputation
- Financial Performance: Analysis of revenue growth, profitability and asset performance using multi-year financial data (min. $100M revenue)
- Sustainability (ESG): Evaluation of environmental impact, social responsibility and governance practices using standardized ESG metrics
“Being named to TIME’s America’s Best Companies list for the second consecutive year is a testament to our strategy and execution,” said Robert J. Pagano, Jr., CEO, president and chairperson of the board at Watts. “This honor recognizes our high standards for excellence– made possible by the culture our employees help build every day – the discipline behind our long-term growth, and our continued commitment to operating responsibly.”
This recognition follows a series of recent honors for Watts, including TIME’s World’s Most Impactful Companies, Newsweek’s World’s Greenest Companies and The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work, as well as recognitions from Barron’s and USA Today.
