Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA) has announced an expanded effort to recognize individuals making a meaningful impact across the mechanical service industry through its Everyday Hero Award program.

Created to honor individuals from MSCA member companies who selflessly dedicate their time, skills and compassion to helping others without seeking recognition or compensation, the Everyday Hero Award highlights those making a difference in their communities, workplaces and beyond.

This year, MSCA will continue to recognize its top nominee during the MSCA26 Conference, Amplify, taking place Nov. 8-11, 2026, in Austin. In addition, the association will begin recognizing previously nominated Everyday Heroes throughout the year to further celebrate the stories of generosity, leadership and service found throughout the industry.

MSCA is encouraging companies to submit nominations for individuals whose efforts strengthen the industry not only through business success, but also through kindness, dedication and community service. The association also encouraged companies to renominate individuals who were previously nominated but not selected as award recipients.

Registration for the MSCA26 Conference, Amplify, will open in early June.
