PDI has named Fielding Alderman as president to continue its vision for distinction and growth across its distribution platforms and kitchen, bath, and lighting consumer market. A graduate of PDI’s corporate management training program, Alderman has remained a steadfast leader within the organization, working to optimize nearly every department within the company during his 14 years with the organization.

As president, Alderman will oversee the day-to-day enterprise operations of PDI, where he will work to advance and streamline business processes, broaden the customer base, and enhance the overall customer experience. 

Coley Herrin will continue to serve as CEO and chairman of the board, where he will focus on strategic growth initiatives, including geographic expansion and new product category development.

“Fielding is a proven leader with a deep understanding of our business and a relentless focus on execution. I am enthusiastic to pass the baton to him to manage our daily operations,” Herrin said. “There is no one better suited to carry out our vision for continued excellence and growth across all aspects of our company. 

Prior to this appointment, Alderman served as chief operating officer, where he led PDI's operations, purchasing, and supply chain functions. He was previously promoted from executive vice president and general manager, reflecting a track record of consistent leadership and impact.
