J&K Sales, a manufacturers’ representative agency serving the plumbing, heating, and HVAC industries, has announced the acquisition of Harmon & Company, effective May 4, 2026.

This acquisition strengthens J&K Sales’ presence across New England and adds depth to its coverage in the water systems and pump markets. Harmon & Company has built a strong reputation for technical knowledge, customer service, and long-standing industry relationships, making it a natural fit with J&K Sales.

As part of the transition, Harmon & Company’s product lines and customer relationships will be integrated into J&K Sales’ operations. Customers can expect continuity in representation, along with expanded sales coverage, technical support, and resources across the region.

Greg Harmon will remain actively involved over the next few years, working closely with J&K Sales to support a smooth transition and continued growth. “I have worked hard to find the right agency to partner with and I am happy to be joining the J&K Sales organization. I am confident they will continue building and supporting the working relationships I have built over the last 33 years.  Their business values align closely with mine and they have the people, resources, and experience to continue providing a high level of service and support to our Manufacturers and Customers.  I am looking forward to collaborating with their staff and moving forward as a Team to the next professional venture”, said Greg Harmon.   In addition to Greg, veteran employee Dylan Magers will continue with the organization providing exceptional knowledge and supporting the team with 16 years experience.

“This is a great fit for both organizations,” J&K Sales leadership said. “Harmon & Company has built something strong, and we are excited to build on that foundation with additional people, resources, and energy in the market.”

The combined organization will continue to focus on delivering knowledgeable, responsive support to manufacturers, wholesalers, contractors, and engineers throughout the territory.
