BLUE HAWK’s 13th Annual Winter Summit took business to new heights Jan. 20–22, 2026, as members and partners gathered in Crested Butte for three days of collaboration, connection, and unforgettable winter adventure.

Set against the backdrop of the Colorado Rockies, the Summit delivered what it does best: meaningful face-to-face meetings in a setting designed to foster authentic relationship-building. From focused business discussions in the meeting room to shared experiences on the snow-covered trails, the event struck a deliberate balance between productivity and partnership.

Attendees embraced the full Crested Butte winter experience, with outdoor adventures that included snowmobiling, nordic skiing, and — for the first time ever at a Winter Summit — ice fishing. These shared experiences created natural opportunities for deeper conversations and stronger connections beyond the traditional conference environment.

“The Winter Summit is about more than meeting; it’s about strengthening the relationships that power our cooperative,” said BLUE HAWK CEO Lance Rantala. “When Members and Partners spend intentional time together, both in business sessions and in unique settings like this, it builds trust and momentum that carries forward long after the event ends.”

Unlike BLUE HAWK’s larger annual conference, the Winter Summit is intentionally designed to be more intimate and relaxed, allowing for focused dialogue, strategic conversations, and genuine camaraderie. The result is an event that continues to play a meaningful role in advancing collaboration and long-term success throughout the BLUE HAWK network.
