Heatcraft Refrigeration Products, a manufacturer of commercial refrigeration equipment and systems as part of Lennox International, will open a new training center at its flagship facility in Stone Mountain, Georgia, and launch an expanded refrigeration education program in early spring 2026. The program adds new online and in-person courses and certifications for wholesaler counter teams, contractors and technicians, with hands‑on training conducted in a new classroom and connected lab featuring live equipment.

“We consistently hear a strong demand for more training,” said Pete Grasso, manager, marketing and training at Heatcraft. “We’re responding with additional comprehensive, flexible programs for contractors, technicians and the wholesaler counter teams that support them. Heatcraft has long been a leader in refrigeration training, and we’re committed to investing in our partners to build a stronger, more knowledgeable industry.”

Launching in March, Heatcraft’s online wholesaler Counter Sales Certification Program is the industry’s most in-depth practical curriculum designed specifically for counter teams. The four interactive, self-paced courses focus on core refrigeration concepts, Heatcraft equipment and advanced topics, helping onboard new team members and build confidence in supporting contractors. Participants who complete the program earn certificates.

The new Heatcraft Masters Program is a revamped and expanded evolution of Heatcraft’s industry-leading refrigeration technician training. The comprehensive program features 25 modules covering real-world topics, including A2L and CO2 applications, advanced instruction for experienced professionals and four certifications. Courses are led by an expanded team of seasoned trainers and offered at the new Stone Mountain training center, in the field or through wholesaler partners.

Designed to support personalized instruction, the new Heatcraft Training Center accommodates up to 18 students at a time. The facility includes a dedicated classroom with a large screen smart TV and a connected lab featuring live refrigeration systems for hands-on training.
