ThermOmegaTech, a leader in thermostatic valve technology, has announced a promotion and role alignment within its Commercial Plumbing team to strengthen support for representatives, engineers, contractors and customers nationwide.

Josue Vazquez has been named Commercial Plumbing national sales manager, overseeing sales in the United States and Canada. His goal is to advance industry understanding of the benefits of thermostatic technology and expand the number of engineering firms specifying CircuitSolver and DTV as the basis of design.

Vazquez’s expertise in centralized domestic water systems and balancing methods supports engineers and contractors throughout the Eastern United States, the Greater Toronto Area and Quebec. “I am excited to step into the new role and continue to use my engineering knowledge and experience to support all our representative-partners,” he said.

He is Certified in Plumbing Design (CPD) and an active member of ASPE Young Professionals, ASA Emerging Leaders and AIM/R. Before joining ThermOmegaTech, he spent 12 years as a plumbing and fire protection engineer designing healthcare and high-rise projects.

Daniel Kovac has been named Commercial Plumbing business unit manager, responsible for sales performance, profitability and the strategic direction of the division. He will lead cross-functional teams and oversee daily operations to achieve financial and operational goals, while guiding national account initiatives.

Kovac began his commercial plumbing career in 2019 with Kansas City–based manufacturer Striem, where he spent six years as a regional product educator focused on supporting plumbing engineers and design teams. He is a member of the Kansas City ASPE Chapter and AIM/R.

Joining the CircuitSolver team was a natural next step, allowing him to bring those relationships and hands-on experience to a company whose innovative products and commitment to service align with his values.

“It’s an exciting time for ThermOmegaTech and our Commercial Plumbing team,” Kovac said. “I’m honored to step into this new role as we build on our momentum of innovation and superior performance. With Josue leading daily operations and working closely with our rep-partners, I’m focused on driving long-term growth and ensuring we continue to lead the industry in thermostatic technology and customer support

ThermOmegaTech said it is pleased to have Vazquez and Kovac in expanded leadership roles as the company works to raise awareness of thermostatic valves and how they help engineers and contractors across North America balance domestic hot water recirculation systems efficiently with CircuitSolver, the market’s first and leading thermostatic balancing valve.
