Franklin Electric Co. Inc. is pleased to announce personnel moves and promotions within its groundwater distribution organization. The changes will assure the team continues to push its world-class customer service and support offerings to the next level.
In-field changes include realigning the organization's business units into four regions, providing more targeted support. The following newly appointed senior business unit managers in each respective region offer a combined 60+ years of in-field experience:
"These gentlemen bring a wealth of industry experience and strong sales management to continue to position our team for success," said Andrew Schwarze, senior business unit director for groundwater distribution. "All four have spent much of their careers working in the field alongside groundwater customers, with many serving as Territory Managers, Area Managers and Regional Managers before moving into these realigned and senior leadership roles."
In addition to the in-field changes, Franklin Electric is enhancing its customer service and support with the promotion of Jennifer Ford to associate manager of customer success. In her new role, Ford will spearhead the customer success team focused on the groundwater industry. She has eight years of customer service and sales experience at Franklin Electric, including working most recently as an Account Manager.
"Jennifer is a shining example of what it means to put the customer first," Schwarze said. "Her teamwork and leadership mindset drive her to transform potential challenges into opportunities for improvement. Thanks to her contributions we've been able to implement new practices that deliver improved service for our customers."
These changes further represent Franklin Electric's focus on serving the needs of its customers beyond the pump.
