The deal expands Rocket Group’s presence into Texas, and adds capacity to serve homeowners across Greater Houston, including the Bellaire, Katy and Sugar Land areas, effective immediately.
Rocket Group’s acquisition strengthens service coverage and response times for local customers and supports Bellaire Air Conditioning with advanced training, technology, and growth systems. Bellaire Air Conditioning serves residential and commercial customers with AC repair and replacement, heating service, preventive maintenance, ductless mini-splits, custom ductwork, and indoor air quality solutions across Greater Houston. The transaction aligns with Rocket Group’s strategy to back strong local brands and invest in teams while scaling market reach.
