Those considering a nomination for the MCAA/MILWAUKEE TOOL Safety Professional of the Year award are encouraged to act now. The prestigious award is presented annually to a mechanical industry safety and health professional who has led their company to an exceptionally high degree of safety excellence. Since the award’s inception in 2018, seven outstanding individuals have been honored — and this year’s nominee could be number eight.
Nominations are due by close of business on Monday, December 15, 2025. To nominate someone from their own company or another organization, participants must complete and submit the nomination form by the deadline.
The 2025 MCAA/MILWAUKEE TOOL Safety Professional of the Year will be announced at the 2026 Safety & Health Conference on January 12, 2026, in Austin, Texas.
The winner will also be invited to the MCAA26 Convention in Phoenix in March to receive the award onstage during the Awards of Excellence Breakfast. Airfare, lodging and registration will be complimentary.
Organizers encourage industry members to submit nominations and help celebrate safety leadership in the mechanical industry.
