We're thrilled to kick off our new RUGGED Resilience spotlight series! Stay tuned as we highlight members of the trades community who have achieved personal or professional triumphs, made small wins or overcome a challenging time in their lives.
First up is Lianna Faber, building engineer for the Empire State Building! Lianna recently ran a local 5K, the Elly CARES Project, to help raise awareness and break the stigma around mental health. Throughout this past year, she has trained hard to improve as a runner and has found it has done wonders to boost her own mental health and performance on the job. Go Lianna!
Read Lianna's full running journey in the latest issue of #PROSREPSRUGGED Mind and Body magazine.
Do you know a tradesperson or member of the PHCP community who should be nominated for this series? Nominate yourself or someone else here!
