The Sump and Sewage Pump Manufacturers Association (SSPMA) announced that Nathan Gonzalez and Rowan Williams have been selected as the recipients of the 2025 SSPMA Scholarship Program. Nathan and Rowan, pictured below, will each receive a scholarship of $2500. Nathan will be attending the University of North Texas where he is working toward a degree in business analytics. Rowan will be attending the University of Arkansas where he is working toward a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

The scholarship program is open to students working toward an associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s degree, or appropriate certification/trade associated with wastewater management. Next year, 2026 applicants may apply online at www.sspma.org/scholarship beginning Feb. 1.
