Hidden threats in the building’s water system pose a great risk to its occupants. If you’re responsible for keeping your building safe — are you overlooking invisible dangers in your water system? Stagnant pipes, aging infrastructure, and improper maintenance can lead to costly problems, from Legionella outbreaks to regulatory fines.

Chicago Faucets is hosting a free, practical webinar designed specifically for facility teams — to help you take control of water safety. Join Megan Canright Racicot (MPH, CIH), a leading industrial hygienist in building water risks, on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 11 AM CST, to learn:

  • Why it matters: How unchecked water systems put your occupants (and your budget) at risk.
  • Simple steps to assess your building: No PhD required—just practical checks you can implement.
  • Compliance made clear: What regulations actually mean for your daily operations.
  • Real-world fixes: Cost-effective ways to prevent problems before they escalate.

Who needs this?

  • Facility managers in offices, schools, hospitals, and apartments
  • Property teams managing older buildings or new construction
  • EHS professionals responsible for OSHA compliance and worker training
  • Anyone needing simple how to practices for improving their building’s safety
  • Teams managing aging infrastructure or post-construction water system commissioning

Speaker Spotlight:

Megan Racicot (Forensic Analytical Consulting Services) has helped hundreds of buildings avoid water-related disasters. She breaks down complex risks into straightforward solutions.
