Speakman has announced that it has launched a line of mixed-metal fixtures, intended to make design changes easy as it complements new trends in bathroom design. The Duo Collection includes everything from tub spouts and faucets to towel bars and robe hooks. It comes in finishes that include chrome, matte black, brushed nickel or brushed bronze. Designers then can choose a sleeve in a contrasting finish for a unique, modern look that is both inexpensive and easy to change out. One recent example of the mixed-metal trend is found at the Tempo by Hilton hotel in Nashville, where Speakman’s brushed bronze faucets were used to contrast with its matte black shower fixtures for a stunning and elegant design.
