The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) announces its Technician and Client Communication Training (TACCT) series. Available on-demand online and in-person, TACCT provides simple tools to help technicians develop a beneficial customer experience. By following the principles shared through TACCT, technicians will build a level of consistency and reliability within a company.

"TACCT is designed with the consumer experience in mind. It provides students with the critical skills needed to improve your company's value proposition through exceptional service," said Matt Akins, ACCA manager of HVACR education and TACCT instructor. "This course will teach technicians how to effectively relay the discoveries from a service or maintenance call to their clients. Also, it will teach students how to knock down common objections before they occur. When material from this course is properly executed in the field, you can expect a reduction in callbacks and liability and an increase in sales revenue. This class is for you regardless of your skill level or role!"

TACCT students will learn how to the following:

  • Create a professional image that builds respect in your customer.
  • Learn the four Cs of good invoices.
  • Build a better skill set to navigate client concerns.
  • And more!

Upcoming in-person courses take place October 12. To learn more and register for the in-person TACCT series, click here. To enroll for the on-demand online series, click here.
