ANAB to Host Hybrid Credentialing Conference in September

August 30, 2022
ANAB to Host Hybrid Credentialing Conference in September

The ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB), a wholly owned subsidiary of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), will host a hybrid Credentialing Conference — an event that combines ANAB’s popular Client Day with three days of technical workshops, Sept. 27-30.

The conference, hosted in-person at the ANAB Washington, D.C. office, and available virtually, will provide opportunities for continued growth and learning as well as information sharing from experienced experts. Client Day on Sept. 27 is free for clients, and a great opportunity for them to hear from the credentialing committees and assessors.

The Credentialing Conference is especially valuable for the following individuals:

  • Looking to learn more about how accreditation can add value to their credentialing programs in corporations, organizations, government agencies, and others
  • Organizations considering developing a credentialing program to industry-recognized standards
  • Organizations going through the ANAB accreditation process for the ISO/IEC 17024, ASTM E2659, ASTM D8403, and/or ANAB- Conference for Food Protection (CFP) programs
  • Organizations currently accredited under the ISO/IEC 17024, ASTM E2659, ASTM D8403, and/or ANAB-CFP programs

Access the agenda online, attendance requirements, and register via ANAB’s 2022 Credentialing Conference event webpage. Speakers on Sept. 30 will include selected clients, who will share their experiences about key lessons learned from accreditation and how they have adapted during the pandemic.

Guest speakers will include Andrea Bucklaew, manager, certification development, CertNexus, Kristin Blake, director, BOC operations, ASCP, Patricia Tanabe, consultant, ASCP, and Jim Wiggins, CEO, Federal IT Security Institute (FITSI).
