The Valve Manufacturers Association of America (VMA) and the Hydraulic Institute (HI) announce the 2022 Virtual Market Outlook Workshop. The event will be held virtually August 3-4.
Attendees will gain valuable insights from end-user market experts and business intelligence that valve and pump industry leaders need to continue to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic. While the last two years certainly presented its own challenges, 2022 is presenting different challenges with respect to the various markets served by the valve and pump industries, and broader challenges surrounding supply chain, workforce, inflation, as well as the war in Ukraine persist in almost all markets and the valve and pump industry.
The latest insights and analysis on the issues affecting the water/wastewater, power generation, pulp and paper, commercial construction, oil and gas, and chemical industries will be provided, as well as perspectives on the overall global and domestic economies. This year’s Market Outlook Workshop will also provide updates on the hydropower and mining industries.
The Market Outlook Workshop continues to be one of the VMA events that is most looked forward to by our members. The compilation of so many experts from different market segments is unique and incredibly valuable, regardless of whether your company sells into those markets or not," said Heather Rhoderick, VMA president. "With so many challenges that require immediate attention, I’m glad that we can offer our members the opportunity for insights and information that will help them with a longer-term outlook for with forecasts and planning."
This event is open to VMA, VRC and HI members only, and is ideal for sales, marketing and business development professionals who are responsible for forecasting and business analysis and trends.
