Sessions will provide CEUs that can be applied for CPD, PE, and other regulatory agency continuing education requirements.

Watts Water Technologies and Plumbing Engineer will present a free webcast on “Digital Mixing: The Smart, Safe, Efficient Way to Deliver Hot Water in Commercial Facilities,” 10 a.m.-11 a.m. CST, Nov. 10.

The webcast, featuring Todd McCurdy, east region business development manager – tempering at Powers, Watts Water Technologies company, will help you compare digital and mechanical mixing capabilities and understand how the digital approach offers a smarter, safer and more accurate way to meet facilities’ mixed water demands.

Digital mixing technology provides an intelligent way to control water temperature in commercial and institutional facilities. Used in hospitals, hotels, universities, office buildings, and multi-family residences, it provides an automated approach that allows facilities managers to remotely monitor and control water temperatures. With its tight temperature regulation, even during low- and zero-demand periods, the technology allows for temperature stabilization in accordance with ASSE 1017.

As commercial facilities increasingly incorporate (or upgrade) building automation systems, digital mixing technology can be integrated into those systems to deliver enhanced protection for residents, patients, employees, visitors and others who not only need, but expect safely tempered water.
