As a growing business that covers both Eastern Colorado and Western Kansas, TATRO has broken ground on its new corporate headquarters and fabrication facility in Garden City. With more than 28,000 square feet of operational and office space on more than seven acres of land, this new building complex will serve all employees and customers in the Kansas region, and will serve as support to its Colorado location.
“TATRO is pleased to break ground on our new home in Garden City, which will expand our footprint and will give the company more room to grow as a service provider in Western Kansas,” said Justin Sanchez, president and co-owner at TATRO. “We also look forward to providing our employees with other value-added incentives including our TATRO University and other educational opportunities throughout the year.”
TATRO offers residential, commercial and industrial plumbing, piping and HVAC services and has been instrumental in many of the builds in the local community including Garden Rapids at the Big Pool, Parrot Cove water park, the Garden City Zoo, USD 457 Public Schools, Garden City Community College, Schulman Crossing Shopping Center, multi-unit apartment and condominium complexes and more.
TATRO believes in giving back and has deep roots in Garden City and participates in community organizations and events such as the Southwest Kansas Pro-Am, the Garden City Charity Classic and The Tumbleweed Festival to mention a few. In addition, TATRO offers a full paid apprenticeship program as well as summer internships to college students looking to forge careers in construction management, civil engineering and others.
