KBIS has always been about discovering exciting new products and innovations in the residential kitchen and bath space. This year, during the virtual edition of North America’s largest and most comprehensive trade show devoted to kitchen and bath, NKBA and Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery are raising the stakes on how well expo attendees search.

“Ferguson is excited to experience and sponsor [elements of] KBIS 2021,” said Kate Bailey, senior director of category management, Consumer/Builder, for Ferguson. “While we all wish we could participate in person, we are happy that even more people will get to experience KBIS since it will be in a virtual format. The feedback and learnings we have from this year will likely pave the way for hybrid experiences in the future.”
Each day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST, between 75 and 100 products from about a dozen brands sold by Ferguson are hidden throughout the KBIS platform just waiting to be “discovered.” When players find them, they tap the product overlay to earn points, and are featured on a daily tally card, the “Product Hunt Game Board.” The 20 attendees with the most points win daily cash — anywhere from $20 to $100, for daily total of $1,010.
Daily cash giveaways are as follows:
Place: 20th-15th: $120 total, $20 each
Place: 14th -11th: $140 total $35 each
Place: 10th-6th: $250 total, $50 each
Place: 5th-1st: $500 total, $100 each
Each daily group is then entered into the Product Hunt Grand Prize drawing of $5,000, awarded on Friday, Feb. 12, after the Best of KBIS awards, which start at 4 p.m. on the KBIS NeXT STAGE.
