ASSE International Board of Directors and Professional Qualifications Standards Committee have issued an interpretation of a Section 6001 1-1.3 of ASSE/IAPMO/ANSI Series 6000- 2015, Professional Qualifications Standard for Medical Gas Systems Personnel.

2017 revision of ASSE 1022 added a requirement that no copper alloys be used when in contact with the carbonated water, clarified the requirements for the maximum working pressure, and clarified many other procedural descriptions.
