Bringing a legacy of plumbing expertise and demonstrating outstanding leadership in the industry, Rob and Tony Bertolino have been honored as the PHCC 2023 Plumbing Contractors of the Year. 

Anthony Graham of BION Inc., in Prince William County, Virginia, has been named the PHCC 2023 Plumbing Apprentice of the Year.
