ACCA announces its success in achieving the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) exemption of all outdoor HVAC equipment from the 2020 and 2023 National Electrical Code (NEC) Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protection.

The projects are lauded by the Water Environment Federation for contributing to the advancement of the water industry.

The subcommittee will be chaired by IAPMO board member Raymond Boyd, United Association assistant director of education and training, and will meet before the end of the year.

This year's show will be held Jan. 31-Feb. 2 in Las Vegas.
