Elasto Proxy, a fabricator and distributor of seals, gaskets, and insulation, is marking International Women's Day with a week-long series of digital events to honor the women who work for the growing, global company. 

International Women's Day, which is celebrated annually on March 8, focuses on equality of opportunity at a time when many companies are struggling to find workers and are concerned about a wave of retirements, often from a workforce that is mostly male. 

To mark International Women's Day, Elasto Proxy is using its social media channels to share ideas and images from participating women workers. These posts will appear on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook with two hashtags: #betterforbalance and #IWE2019.

Elasto Proxy's week-long celebration of International Women's Day will conclude with a "Faces of Elasto Proxy" blog entry about Elizabeth Shively, a sales representative who works at the company's Montreal-area headquarters and has championed Elasto Proxy's recognition of the March 8 event.
