RSES is pleased to announce the following recent additions to its team:
Bob Mader, the new managing editor of RSES Journal, has spent his career writing for heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration contractors for several magazines, including Contracting Business and CONTRACTOR. He plans to help guide the readers of RSES Journal through the exciting changes that are coming with smart, connected and hyper-efficient HVACR technology. Mader always believes that the industry’s best days are ahead of it.
Meredith Morales is the new customer service representative. For those who have called or emailed RSES headquarters, chances are she provided help. Morales has more than 30 years of experience in customer service working in the restaurant, retail, and manufacturing sectors. As an outgoing “people person,” she is well equipped to help RSES members and affiliates get the most out of the society.
Steve Vaughan is now the membership and marketing manager. His background includes working as the membership manager of a large medical association, as well as managing communications and recruitment for a consumer market research group. Vaughan's primary tasks are to help grow the society and create a better membership experience.
