Brian Helms to Lead Charlotte Pipe's Product Knowledge Training Center

Charlotte Pipe’s Product Knowledge Training is getting a new lead instructor - Brian Helms, Technical Services Representative. As Charlotte Pipe’s only onsite training program, the PKT curriculum consists of broad, industry-based training. It includes classroom discussions, hands-on training, and tours of manufacturing facilities.

Helms is coming into the position after serving as second-in-command to Brian Conner for the past nine years. He holds the professional credentials of PMP (Project Management Professional) and GGP (Green Globes Professional), and is well versed in plumbing systems and the industry.  Some of this knowledge was gained through his past experience at the company’s manufacturing plant in Monroe, NC, where he worked in packaging, molding and shipping.

Attendees of PKT can expect the same quality information Charlotte Pipe is known to provide, and Helms plans to keep it engaging, educational and fun.
