MIFAB has hired Dan Condon as its western regional sales manager. Condon comes to MIFAB with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the plumbing industry. For the first 16 years of his career, Condon worked as a plumber, a regional sales manager for Hold-Rite, the western regional vice president for IPS and the manager of his own sales agency. He has installed many MIFAB products and is skilled at working with contractors and agencies. MIFAB is sure Condon’s experience, talents and industry relationships will be great assets in his western regional manager role. He will report directly to MIFAB Vice President of Sales and Marketing Hugh Hornsby.
MIFAB has hired Dan Hunt as the new northeast regional sales manager. Hunt has spent many years in the plumbing industry working for Watts from 2006 to 2017. During his time at Watts, he advanced from marketing services manager to national business development manager. Hunt's excellence in job performance and knowledge of the plumbing industry make him a perfect fit for the northeast regional sales manager position. He will report directly to MIFAB Vice President of Sales and Marketing Hugh Hornsby.
MIFAB has hired Ryan Moore as the new southeastern U.S. regional sales manager. Moore is responsible for managing his manufacturer’s representative network and promoting MIFAB’s diverse commercial plumbing product categories to engineers, contractors and distributors. He will be communicating the unique value proposition that MIFAB fabrication capabilities and products bring to the industry to reduce labor and increase productivity. Moore has a background in construction project management and sales. He also has experience in manufacturing sales management with Victaulic and Nibco. Moore will report directly to MIFAB Vice President of Sales and Marketing Hugh Hornsby.
MIFAB has appointed Kevin Wong to the newly created position of Canadian national specifications manager. Wong was previously the executive director of the Canadian Water Quality Association and the technical manager for the Canadian Institute of the Plumbing and Heating. He participates on multiple standards and codes development committees and will continue to do so for MIFAB. Wong's experience on the standards and code development system has been recognized with recent awards such as the 2017 Archie Watt Award and the 2018 Joe K. Sneider Award. He will report directly to MIFAB President Michael Whiteside.
